Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original Just Cavalli presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty booklets are included to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund
